SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Attention all students: As an end of the year celebration for Mustang Way, we will be having full period lunches on Tuesday. Students should report to the cafeteria at the beginning of their assigned lunch period and may exit out the back to the west side of the building or stay inside. The radio station will be playing music, you can use your stamps to spin a prize wheel, there will be a photo booth, Game Pazzo will be here and we will have other activities going on as well. The forecast is for a great day so come enjoy some extra time with your friends.
Students – please remember that all library materials are due by Wednesday, May 23rd. The library will be open regular hours beginning Friday, May 26th. Please plan on returning materials and resolving all fines as soon as possible.
Remember to clean out your locker before the last day of attendance, even if you are enrolled in Summer School. All lockers will be cleaned out during the summer and items left behind will be discarded or donated to charity.
Reminder to all Seniors… You will not be allowed to participate in graduation or receive your diploma until all of your books have been returned and outstanding fees and fines are paid in full.
If you have pre-ordered a yearbook, you may pick it up after school on Wednesday, May 23rd in the Cafeteria. All school fees must be paid before your book will be distributed. There will also be a yearbook signing party afterwards in the Cafetorium. Please stay, have your yearbook signed and enjoy music and snacks. There is no cost for this party. The Cafetorium can only accommodate a limited number of students so make sure you are one of the first to attend.
Attention All Students: Please pick up your medications from Health Services, Room A106, before the last day of school. If not taken home by May 31th the medication will be discarded. (S. Zanotti, 5/21-5/25)
ACTIVITIES
Attention Yearbook Club Members. The 2012 yearbooks are arriving soon! Come to A203 on Tuesday at 3:30 for a yearbook previewing party. There is no agenda -- we can just hang out, look at the yearbook, and have fun. We will also interview editors at this meeting -- so future editors, look for an email in your inbox!
Have you always wanted to try a yoga class? Would you like to learn some sure-fire ways to relax and have fun? If you answered “yes” to these questions, Zen Zone is for you! We meet on Monday in the faculty cafeteria from 3:30 to 4:30. It is open to all students and we provide mats and equipment for you to use. If you are looking for ways to earn PE make-up credits, one yoga class will count as 2 PE make-ups. See your PE teacher for more details. Today will be our last class!
ATHLETICS
Attention All Boys Soccer Players: There will be a mandatory informational meeting on Wednesday, May 23rd in the Driver Ed Classroom beginning at 7:30 am. Summer camp and season information will be discussed and distributed. If you are unable to attend, please let Coach Stapleton or Coach Terry know.
Attention boys cross country runners. There will be a mandatory meeting for all boys interested in running Cross Country in the fall Tuesday, after school in room C266.
